Although I had a fairly good understanding of the workings of the human body, I had got into a lot of bad habits, and was not taking care of myself as well as I should have done. Sarah’s clear, down to earth explanations, backed up by science were instrumental in motivating me to sit up and listen, and start treating my body with more respect!
